Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the package for each type of item. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Free Domestic Shipping: We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150 (after any discounts have been applied). For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the package and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they may be.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging your items securely; however, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mattharrisdesigns.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
