A striking 18k Italian gold chain presenting a gorgeous 15.8mm South Sea pearl within a heart of diamonds. The pearl is very slightly off round with light spotting and good luster. The diamonds weigh approximately 2.17 ctw, ranging G-H color and VS1-VS2 clarity. 16 inches long.
